Matte Stephens

Matte Stephens needs no introduction, really. His work is one of the most popular on Etsy (and everwhere else too!) because of his wonderfully retro illustrations that are inspired by life in the suburbs with his wife, Vivienne (I gathered this from an interview he did with Grain Edit which you should really have a go at!).

He sent in his fabulous Gocco prints and giclee prints for the August round of the PikaPackage Project, and they are absolutely wonderful!

Gracia + Louise

Gracia + Louise have been collaborating together on projects since 1999. Together, they have made limited edition artists’ books to prints, zines, postcard collages and other small projects, all of them created chiefly from their home-based studio in Melbourne under a label called Hammer & Daisy.

The duo also run a wonderful blog called A skulk of foxes and a husk of hares that is a response to collective nouns. They each also have their own individual blogs, Gracia’s High Up in the Trees; and Louise’s Elsewhere.

They’ve sent in wonderful card sets from the series, “Collecting only that which is useful and bewitching”, 2008, and individual cards as well.
