Julia Bereciartu

I first found Julia via her Flickr stream, and from there I discovered her portfolio website where she dabbles in illustrations, polaroids and collages. She was born in Spain and is now based in Madrid, where she works as a designer in an advertising agency.

She has an Etsy shop where she sells her creations, and I especially love her watercolor prints like the one shown above called I Love My Dog (she also has another one that’s for cat lovers too!)

You also simply MUST have a look at her Moleskine girls, filled with sweet pencil+watercolor images of girls.

Wonder Thunder

Octopus’s Accident Pillow in Blue

I first read about Sasha Barr from Grain Edit, and from there I found a link to his Wonder Thunder shop from his collaboration with Meagan Claire Hall that sells t-shirts and homewares such as these lovely placemats. I love his work on his portfolio and how it has that unfinished feel to it; and also how he worked wonderfully with a limited color palette.

You can also get prints and buttons (at a better price too) at his original website, some of which aren’t available on his Etsy shop.
