I’m using someone else’s wi-fi connection by the kitchen sink (shhh) to let you know about Jamie’s dancing cat giveaway.
The reason she’s doing this is because she’s completing her first draft for her first children’s book (hoooray Jamie!) Now, all you need to do is to just comment on her blog and share some ideas if you know how to get her book published.
And she has a new series of very limited edition prints (10 per drawing) in her Etsy shop — a lovely collection called ‘Window Cats’ that’s done with ink, gouache and colored pencil on 100% cotton rag paper, signed and dated.
I would love to see her cats immortalized in a book too!
Just dropping by with a short note to let you know that I will be away for a few days and will be back on Monday. I’m going to visit my in-laws on an impromptu trip hence the sudden leave.
I’ll sneak in some posts whenever I can, but it’s hard to say when I’ll have internet connection!
So to while away your time, head over to our Good to Know segment to read up on some interesting topics that will make you think, and also participate in our third issue on how you manage your time!

No other post today except for letting you know about Heather Moore of Skinny Laminx’s gorgeous shopping bag with her Eep print. I love bags, particularly roomy ones. And if it has an adorable illustration out front, well, say no more.
See her massive range of screenprinted tea towels and more at her Etsy shop.
