I am absolutely smitten by the works of Rich Gemmell. The texture and detail on them are so wonderfully thought out, that the overlapping features all seem to meld into one another seamlessly.

I’m especially loving his new series of that are reflections of a journey that he made around Scotland a few months ago.

You can purchase a print of any of his work for £20 just by emailing him directly (via his blog). Who wants to second my request for him to open up a proper shop?

beautiful textures and colors. i wonder how he made these drawings? they almost look like the colors were rolled out with ink and a brayer, or were they digitally altered? either way, love them.
