Night Tales

Yu-I recently participated in an art show called “Inspired” which opened on Jan 14th 2009 in Tinlark gallery, Los Angeles, California. Her work featured prints inspired by mixtures of childhood memories and imaginary nights. In conjunction with the gallery show, she’s releasing a very limited edition set of gocco prints — like this one called Orchid Yard, which is one of my favourite.

And here’s a couple links to keep you busy today:

  1. Take a look at Jen Corace’s apartment over at Apartment Therapy
  2. Listen to Jillian Tamaki on how to generate ideas (via Drawn!)
  3. And to help you along with some more ways to generate ideas, how about trying out The Scribbler?

Have a creative weekend everyone, and thanks for your patience as I ironed out some technical issues over at Pikaland yesterday!
