  1. Hi, I visited all the artists and is a difficult task to choose only one.
I liked all for different reasons … all are fantastic.
but since you have to choose only one I’ll choose the “benconservato” .. the originality and genius of his work.
congratulations to you for the initiative.
    A big hugs,

  3. What a wonderful idea to bring together these artists around the green approach to life. I have several of Jacqueline Basham’s papercuts, and I have to say I swoon over them every day for their combination of spirituality and connection to nature. Her work goes deep, and it really inspires me.

  14. I had a hard time choseing a fav. artist. I narrowed it down to three. Edison Rex, I love this style of art, as it’s so different from my own. Genie Espinosa’s illustations are cute, fun and kid-tastic (yep I like making up words too). Katie Green’s art makes me smile, and fascinate me. I could see reading books with her illustations in them to my children.

  16. I love the quirkiness of Katie Green’s line drawings because they are very cleanly drawn but a little bit zany. Also, they mostly feature food. So of course I love them.

  18. Katie Green is my favourite of your featured artists – I’ve met her in real life and she’s as gorgeous and friendly in person as her illustrations are. Reading her zine “The Green Bean” gives me the most warm, fuzzy feeling, you can’t help but smile πŸ™‚

  20. I absolutely adore Katie Green’s work; my favourite is the Autumn Giclee Print! I met her recently when her table caught my eye at Comica Comiket and I couldn’t resist buying a few of her zines. I read them that night, tucked under a blanket on the sofa with a lovely cup of tea. Life has been confusing recently, to say the least, but reading Katie’s zines made me feel warm and positively inspired…like I was talking to an old friend. Thank you Katie! xx

  22. I just saw your tweet so I assume it’s still ok to enter? (sorry I missed it earlier!).

Katie Green is my fave – she seems like such a cute ‘regular’ girl, I love the way she crafts in all different styles (draws, paints, makes toys!) and loves a good cuppa (like me).
