I’m a big fan of The Good Machinery and I simply adore her new soft toys — they’re characters made out of her sketches (there’s plenty more in her shop).

Hi everyone! I hope you had a fabulous weekend (and an extended holiday too for all those in the USA!)
I’ve been running round doing lots of errands hence the lack of posts; but now that I am back, you must simply have a look at Miss Brigette’s etsy shop. I am particularly smitten with her series of paintings featuring circus and sideshow entertainers. I think it’s a great way to add some humor to your walls, don’t you?
Happy Valentine’s Day! 🙂
In the spirit of Valentines (or perhaps not!) we understand how the day isn’t all that lovey dovey for everyone. And so, we thought of giving a little something to help those who are celebrating the day a little differently (with a free download, nonetheless!): http://pikaland.com/2009/02/14/lets-just-be-friends. 😉
+++++++
In other news, it’s been an interesting week over here at www.pikaland.com — we have two interviews that we think you and your readers might be interested in: Our second installment of the Blogger Q+A with Erin of Design For Mankind is up (http://pikaland.com/2009/02/06/bloggers-qa-design-for-mankind), and so is the fascinating interview with Irina Troitskaya (http://pikaland.com/2009/02/11/interview-irina-troitskaya). I hope you’ll enjoy reading them as much as we did!
Lots of love and hugs,
x
Amy
