Cristina Sitja Rubio was a photographer for 10 years before finally trading in her camera for a pencil. She was born in Caracas, Venezuela, studied Fine Art in Montreal and is now in Berlin.

Well, it would have to be my children. they are turning out pretty darn well. but secondly, our gallery – it’s like another child, and well, i guess I am a pretty proud parent.

Our government.
7. If you could have superpowers, what would it be?
Something which would end hate in the world. You know, zapping people with hateful thoughts with big fluffy doses of love and understanding.
