Jacob Denno has an agenda: to expose poetry to a wider, younger and more diverse audience and attempts to steal it back from its rather musty reputation and has come up with Popshot, an art book/magazine, that has a combination of poetry & illustration.
They’re in their second issue and this round the magazine has the work of illustrators such as Spencer Wilson, Valero Doval, Clare Mallison, Bob London, Henri Draws and Julia Pott.

Beautiful illustration works made with thread, cloth and paper by Alli Coate, a freelance illustrator who graduated with a BFA in Illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design. I love her style that hints subtly of the message that she’s communicating to the audience; perfectly delivered via mixed media.
