Belly Kids has done it again.

The last time they were on here it was for a book paying tribute to Bill Murray in a fun book called Thrill Murray . Now, in their spirit of paying tribute to endearing stars, they’re doing it for Kurt and the gang – a sticker collection chronicling the life, influence and friends of Kurt Cobain.

The book is packed with 72 stickers and printed illustrations designed by 13 artists from around the world such as Patrick Schmidt, Murray Somerville, Chris Golden, Sean Morris, Brooke Olsen, Christoper Worker, Rob Goodall, Chaos vs Cosmos, Michael Hsiung, Paul Windle, Laura Handyside and Sophy Hollington.

Nirvana fans, rejoice!

I sometimes find that simple illustrations are the most effective in conveying a strong message – look at Thomas Slater’s work. Also interesting: his use of colors.

Creativity isn’t just limited to paper of course. Which is why if you love working with your hands you’d definitely want to get in on Booooooom’s latest project in collaboration with MTV and Sony Xperia: the Made of Imagination project.

You’ll be building homemade instruments. So if you’ve ever hunted for things to turned into musical instruments of sorts, well now’s your time to shine. It doesn’t matter if your end creation just sits there looking cool or it’s something that can rock the socks off the internetz via a performance, if it’s an instrument, then you’re eligible to win some cool stuff.
