PikaPackage: Aqua-Velvet

Wayside Motel, from the Route 66 series of photographs

By day, Amy Henderson is a graphic designer for her very own studio, and by night, she runs Aqua Velvet, where she sells her illustrations and photographs; and Studio Morphologie where she combines her love of jewelry, illustration + photography.

Amy Henderson's prints

Currently, her shop is featuring a lot of 1950’s themed works — illustrations and photographs that was inspired by an extensive and fantastic road trip out west and her years living in New Mexico. She sent in wonderful prints of her illustration from the collection, which you can see more here.

PikaPackage: Pretty Little Thieves

Sunny – An original ACEO; a little drawing and painting

I love the little ladies that Nancy Mungcal of Pretty Little Thieves draws. They’re simple yet quirky, and they do have a lot to say — like this print for instance! Her shop is filled with Gocco prints and also one-off ACEOs, which is simply fantastic.

Nancy Mungcal's prints + buttons

For July’s PikaPackage Project, she sent in her Gocco prints and an archival print, two original ACEOs, along with specially made buttons — click here to see more!
