PikaPackage: Rosie Miles

Herbert the Victorian Male Bather, chest hair et al.

The dolls made by Rosie Miles are one of the spunkiest I’ve seen so far. They’re cute without being saccharine sweet, and her contributions, the Pissy Fishwives (who look like they sat on the rock a little too long waiting for their men to return from the sea) — are sassy and adorable. Rosie is from the UK, and she is an animator/illustrator/dollmaker who lives by the sea with her two kittens.

Rosie Miles' Pissy Fishwives!

She painted these exclusive Pissy Fishwives just for the PikaPackage Project — and each of them are so precious! Have a look at more over here.

PikaPackage: Natasha Mileshina of Bubbo Tubbo

Communication print

I first found Natasha through her Flickr stream a year ago — I remember telling her how much I love her lettering and art, and I usually kept up with her via her photos. I was thrilled when she started selling her prints in her shop, and was so happy when she came along for the first PikaPackage Project!

Natasha Mileshina's travel edition - prints + postcards

Lovely Natasha has again come along for the party, and this time she made such beautiful, travel edition sets — inside you’ll find a handmade print (each one is unique ) + felt magnets. She also sent postcard + sticker sets, and everything is so cheery!

PikaPackage: Ana of Fric De Mentol

Ana Reimundo of Fric de Mentol is a 29-year-old artist in Portugal who creates beautiful, colorful things. Recently, she is focusing a lot on her polymer clay creations — turning her sketches into solid, 3-D forms with a series called Deditos. We wrote about her previously, and we’re excited that she’s a part of the PikaPackage Project!
