Realizing that her odd knitted toys had garnered an audience after it all sold out during her final show, Donna Wilson started her own line in 2003 after graduating from the Royal College of Art. What follows is a collection that is as eclectic as it is fun. From fun characters – Meg, an avid traveler – to a few new additions including Meg’s boyfriend (he’s the bearded one), Donna’s shop is not only filled with quirky characters eternalized in plush toys, but is also well stocked with curious cushions, luxurious lambswool blankets, and variety of products that will make your house guest smile.
What I love about her collection is that it straddles the very fine line between sweet without being overly girly. The characters and their world are made up just right and perfect, and would seem cool in a guy’s pad as much as a lady’s apartment (let me know if I’m wrong on this one!)
