Love the long lost gaze of Montreal-based artist and illustrator Amber Albrecht’s characters in her paintings and illustrations. She is inspired by the folklores of other cultures, as well as literature, natural history, topography and the environment. From childhood stories, she weaves a new way of looking at the world – with strange characters and imaginary landscapes.
