For the past few months I’ve been hanging out with the girls from Gin & Jacqie. Not only are they great fun to be around, they’ve got their hearts in the right place – every year, they organize a charity event that’s focused on children and this year’s no exception.
A specially designed Gin & Jacqie bag will be on sale from 20 June 2012 in support of refugee children in Malaysia under a fundraising initiative called Art With Heart: A Refugee Art Project. Proceeds from the sales of these bags – featuring the artwork of Mary, a 15-year old refugee – will go towards refugee education programmes in Malaysia under the UN Refugee Agency.
