Pikaland Artist Bootcamp: Gift certificates!

It’s been a great year for the Pikaland Artist Bootcamp — a series of online courses for artists and illustrators I’m teaching together with Jamie Shelman. We’ve already finished two sessions this year and I’m happy to let you know that next year’s session will be start from February 2011 onwards!

For the holiday season, we’re very pleased to offer gift certificates for those who would like to give the gift of art for their loved ones! We’ll hook them up with a course that will change the way they look at art-making forever!

Featuring week by week assignments in a secure and private environment, both Jamie and I will be on hand to work with students individually on their assignments and to answer any questions they might have during the process. There will be chat sessions as well, where participants will be able to converse in real time with instructors and the rest of the class.

You can read up on what past participants had to say about our classes — and best of all, with each gift certificate purchased, you are entitled to USD$20 off any of our courses — so you can join in the fun as well!

{Places are limited and prices shown are early bird prices, which will increase in January 2011, so book your seat early for an inspiring journey in 2011!}

Happy weekend everyone and I’ll catch you on Monday! 🙂

Gifted magazine

My dear friend Ez of Creature Comforts has outdone herself this year with Gifted Magazine — a holiday guide that’s jam packed full with gift ideas for the upcoming holidays, projects and freebies galore.

I’ve only gone through half of the magazine (and flipped through it all), but it’s so crazy good that I’ve bookmarked it on my browser so that I can really sit down and read it from cover to cover with a hot cup of tea. If you’re crazy busy during the holidays, then you’ll certainly appreciate how much time and effort Ez has spent into creating this beautifully useful guide that showcases the wonderful things out there — there’s something for everyone in there!
