A couple of years ago I quit my office job without knowing what to do next. It was a nice job, well paid, with nice colleagues, very comfortable but it wasn’t my dream job. It inspired me to go back to school and renew my hopes on working in art.

well, I used to be a potter and then the building where I had a studio burned down. It felt like I lost my way for a while, but I found the dolls and have never been happier with my work. You never know!

  3. what about when it comes to losing and finding people? i’m thinking specifically relationship wise, be it friendship or more…i think it’s extremely hard to accept that some phases in your life aren’t meant to last, and this sometimes involves your relationship with a person coming to it’s finale. but where would you be (or NOT be) if you spent your time and effort trying to voraciously hold onto a person that maybe you aren’t supposed to be holding anymore?…

anyway, wonderful illustration! love the eyes in the end of the binoculars.
