Recently, Little White Lies Magazine held a competition for their Truth & Lies issue – create an image for their front cover based on the release of “Where the Wilds Things Are” movie. The artwork has been AMAZING. Check out all of the winners here.
The artists in order of appearance here (from top of post to bottom) are: Meg Hunt, Alex Woodscalp, Natsuki Otani, and Tom Hovey.
The second giveaway for the holiday special comes from Parisa Mahmoudi, who was featured before here on Pikaland and has just set up her own shop! She’s going to send ONE lucky reader a limited edition Christmas card in time for the holidays, so for this one commenting will close much earlier — by the 20th of December. The winner will be contacted on the same day too!

I didn’t do a gift guide this year. Or last year either. I think it’s safe to say I won’t be doing them anytime soon because I think that others are doing a bang up job and well, I don’t think I could make it look good as they do! But I will give you this: How about we ramp up the giveaways on Pikaland here just for the holiday season? Oh, say for a week?
