Like this little nugget of wisdom about tea (I know quite a bit of tea-drinkers out there!) and a lot more other stuff that can be found on the Learn Something Everyday website. If nothing else, the facts you learn would make a great conversation starter. I’ll show you an example:

“Why, yes it is. What’s wrong with that?”

“Exactly.”
Luka from Lithuania draws on ceramic items like plates, cups and saucers. I love her black and white pieces the best – somehow they all pop out better against the white background. And no, you can’t eat on them, although you can stare at them as much as you want!
Toy is a new collaboration between artists such as Nicolas Tual, Nicholas Saunders, Chris Martin, David Sparshott, Scott Balmer, Jon Boam, Jiro Bevis, Jean Jullien and Deanna Halsall. Toy is an idea that unites independent artists for commissioned projects, and they’re applying their designs across a wide variety of media. They just launched their shop where you can find giclee prints, tees, badges and more to come.
