Your Secret Admiral’s<\/a> true identity is shrouded in a haze of mystery (and I will allow it to remain so…) Once a highly regarded sea captain, she has since retired to a life fueled by an insatiable desire for knowledge of obscure sea creatures, under-the-radar libraries, recycled materials, discarded books, an artillery of crafting tools, and many pots of tea each afternoon. (no, I didn’t make this up, it’s at her YSA<\/span>’s website<\/a>!)<\/p>\n

All I can tell you is that she’s based in Brooklyn, makes handmade books, drawings, and paper goods; and that her goods are environmentally friendly and are created from recycled, reused, rescued, or salvaged materials. You can see more of the items that she sent in here<\/a>!<\/p>\n
