I\u2019ve always found zines to be a rambling (and intriguing) conversation of just one person, but with Chelsea\u2019s zines, it\u2019s almost like she\u2019s inviting you into a little private party \u2013 hands outstretched.<\/p>\n<p>She\u2019s a featured artist at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sfartscommission.org\/gallery\/2012\/passport-2012\/\" target=\"_blank\">San Francisco Art Comission\u2019s PASSPORT event this week<\/a> so if you\u2019re in the area, be sure to pop by for a visit.
