Mostly it&#8217;s because there&#8217;s so many strokes in there, and the fact that it&#8217;s a digital rendition based on a photograph \u2013 all of it makes for an interesting concept. <\/p>\n<p>His <a href=\"http:\/\/works.haveaniceday.me\/INFOS\">about page<\/a> clearly explains his approach:<\/p>\n<p><em>At the border of illustration and photography, Fr\u00e9mont&#8217;s work is characterized by an intense approach of material. Texture and details create a surprising realism that astonishes the viewer at the door of the factual and its representations. From the digital natives generation, Fr\u00e9mont talks about Adobe, pixels or Google image search as they were pencils.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Analog pixels for a digital world.
