\nThe textile\/ surface design world is very difficult to break into and it can be very frustrating! There are not many Assistant Designer jobs available, so many designers are forced to train themselves and learn from their mistakes. It has become a passion of mine to help designers find their place in this world and to make it a little less exclusive. <\/p>\n
