The list wasn’t drawn up in one sitting — I added to it throughout the year; all littered throughout the pages of my trusty journal (you can read about my obsession with lists over on this book review).

Work smarter (and harder)

Get more rest in between work (can you see a pattern forming already?)

Learn how to say no gracefully, to save my sanity (and accepting that I can’t do it all)

Figure out priorities and focus, focus, focus! (I hope to nail this one in 2011)

<del>Sleep earlier</del> YES!

<del>Get away from emails and stop checking it every 15 minutes</del> Done! This was one of the easiest resolutions of the year — I only turn to my inbox for a few hours, and answering emails are done at one go every few days.

<del>Hang out with more friends</del> I did (mostly due to ticking off #6, haha!) and it was a blast!

<del>Fix up my non-existent kitchen and buy a fridge</del> Done and done! Which leads me to resolution #9…

Learn how to cook (right now I’m limited to spaghetti, pasta bakes and a couple of dishes!)

<del>Made sure the dogs are well behaved</del> Cesar Millan helped!

<del>Read more</del> oh heck yes (and this proves it)

Travel more, even if it’s just for a day trip (don’t get me started on wanderlust!)

Learn how to dance salsa again (Sigh.)

Focus on making more art (this is yet again on this year’s list — although I was commissioned for illustrations this year, yay!)

<del>Find the perfect moisturizer for my sensitive skin</del> Found it! Olay’s Total Effects Gentle SPF15 — my grandmother used it since she was 60 (she’s now 85) and she looks amazing!

#

If you had just one thing you’d want to change in 2011, what would it be? 😉

EDIT: I think I’m going to leave this up as the last post for 2010 — as Kate already mentioned, the one thing that stands out is that I’m trying to enjoy my life a little more. Which is what I’ll be doing exactly right now.

Have a wonderful start to the new year and I’ll see you in 2011! 🙂
