\nI am Donna McKenzie of Corella Illustration. I am an artist, wife, mother, friend, and animal lover. To retain my sanity I must do something physical everyday. That could be anything from dance class to yoga class to walking or cleaning up after my dogs and kids. I love to draw, paint, and stitch. Colors, patterns, and shapes inspire me. I know the best things happen spontaneously!<\/p>\n
\nBefore 2010 ends I woud like to have expanded my art work to include more stitched illustrations. And on a personal note I would like to challenge myself more physically and work toward a certification in yoga or dance.<\/p>\n
\nMy biggest fear for myself might be – not being able to continue creating my work on a daily basis.<\/p>\n
\nMy favorite tools are pen\/pencil and paper.<\/p>\n
\nI used to dream of moving to Seattle, until I realized that I might suffer greatly from lack of sunshine. : (
