Valentine’s day is a bit overrated for me, but I’ll pass on a bit of a secret: you see, this is the time of the year where everything about love – cards, books, scarves, prints, anything and everything really – is produced in droves. The trick is to get something absolutely gooey and lovey-dovey, and send it to your love anytime BUT Valentine’s day.
Or better yet, get TWO gifts; one for Valentines, and another for random days when you severely need to say sorry (this happens more often that you think!)
So here’s my round-up of things that I’ve seen and liked, which can be used all day round (and not just on Valentine’s Day) because it doesn’t specifically say so:
Claudia Pearson’s Wake up tea towel
I’m otterly in love with you card by Keeki
Freaking Love Card by Hillary Bird over at Little Paper Planes
I Like You art print by Gemma Correll
A Map of the Open Country of a Woman’s Heart by D.W. Kellogg & Co. over at 20×200
Here’s my absolute favorite: Other People’s Love Letters: 150 Letters You Were Never Meant to See by Bill Shapiro
And of course, nothing beats a hand-made love letter. If you need some advice on how to pull it off, here’s a helpful but cringe-worthy how-to over at e-How.

Have a lovely weekend folks and I’ll see you Monday!

I think the tea towel by Claudia Pearson and “I Freaking Love You” card are my favorites. I love the design and the colors : )
