How much is a package actually worth?

Well, quite a lot, actually. We make sure that you get at least 2 big items in your package (in a 10-item package, there can be more), so a package can be estimated to have at between USD$60 to USD$100 worth of items. Some participants also made limited editions or one-offs that are worth much more, and can't be found anywhere else. Please be aware that the package does not hold samples, but actual items that come from the artists/illustrators shops.

I'm an illustrator/artist -- how do I participate?

Why didn't I get an email to confirm my participation?

Blame it on Amy's humongous pile of submissions that she has sitting in her inbox daily! But seriously, we do receive a lot of mail and participants who would like to join in. We regret that we can't take everyone in as we want to keep it a relatively small affair to allow adequate exposure to the participants.   

Do you sell wholesale?

Not at this moment, no. But if you're an online gallery or a shop, we would love to explore how we can work together.

When do you update your site?

We update the shop whenever a new PikaPackage project is announced! You can sign up for our mailing list here to get the latest updates!

How long do I have to wait before my package reaches me?

Please allow 14 working days for your package to arrive. Sometimes it's sooner, and sometimes it's a few days later, but it'll reach you! In case it doesn't, don't fret -- please let me know and we can work something out!

That rarely happens, but if you don't like what you see, don't panic. Please inform me, and what will happen is that I will ask that you return the items to me (packaging intact) and I'll refund you the cost. (This does not include the shipping fee paid earlier!) All shipments for returns are borne by the customer.
