I’m in love with everything done by Minneapolis-based artist Jennifer Davis.
Her paintings are a perfect blend of whimsy, mystery and color that it’s hard to describe exactly what it is that makes me feel the way I do about it. Her creatures and figures take on various colors, shapes and forms (some human-like and others that begs a closer look); that she makes me wonder if she has a secret lens that is able to offer a glimpse into a universe that is different from ours.
You can purchase her work in several places, one of which is her Etsy shop. You can also see her paintings at Nahcotta Gallery in Portsmouth, NH, USA from 6th to 30th January among 10 other artists in Nahcotta’s first show of the year.
